OctOrNot


Hi - thanks for reading this! This is my devlog for Octornot, my first game jam submission video game where I'm working with several of the challenges set by Brackey's 5th Game Jam and learning Godot along the way. 

I'm creating a mouse-controlled platform game with some zany physics, hand scribbled art in 4 bit mode (inspiration taken from gameboy palettes colored to blue for that, you know, underwater look). I think I have most of the basics (movement, camera, tiling levels, collisions etc.) worked out - so now it's time for the actual adventure part. I'll keep you posted. Source will be released.
